Citi Kiti will assume that you have read through and agreed to the information on this page when requesting a booking.

 

The following is put in place as we wish to be as fair and transparent as possible and in order to safeguard the cats in our care.


ONLY CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

To be fair to everyone, we do not pencil in bookings we can only accept confirmed dates as saying yes to one client will mean saying no to another.


PAYMENT

The initial 50% non-refundable payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.


The final 50% is due at the start of the booking and is non-refundable in event of an early return.

 

DAILY VISITS
For insurance and safety reasons we visit a minimum of once per day with you leaving no earlier and returning no later than the day before/after our first/last visit. We also do not offer to visit around others.


RATES

Christmas, New Year and bank holidays are charged at double rate.

 CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BOOKINGS

Once a booking is made amount of visits cannot be reduced or dates changed - but we may be able to arrange additional visits.


TIME OF VISITS
Over this period we are unfortunately not able to commit to the usual AM or PM time slots for visits.


Carers will not be planning their final routes until just before the start of booking so we cannot confirm timings – we hope you understand.
